While I think she's a pampered, spoiled little B!TCH, I dont believe it was fair for the judge to reimpose the original 45 day sentence after he had already reduced it to 23 days.

Its not her fault the sheriff fcked up by letting her out.

This is true, however, I don't know the circumstances surrounding the release. If the judge looked at the info, and it was for something stupid, like a rash, I'd expect him to throw the smackdown on her for pulling some stupid ish. Otherwise she should be with her original sentence, much as I personally would rather see her in jail for the 45.

I'm glad she is going back, not because I dislike her (although I do) but because it was a bullsht call made because she is who she is. Plenty of people get sick in jail, and they don't get sent home, what made her special? I look forward to the inquiry on the actions of the sheriff, should be interesting!

exactly. I mean, the cause supposedly was "mental". They said she didn't like prison so they let her go.

The Judge knew that she pulled that shit, and thats why he put the 45 days back. Good for him.

Her sentence has always been 45 days. She will still only be serving 23 or so days. In California you get a day off your sentence for every day of 'good behavior' so estimating that she will still only be serving a little more than 3 weeks.

And yes she is a whiny little b*tch
