I agree with you 100%. That doesn't mean the government has the right to force you to dress a certain way.

i voted yes, i agree. but to the degree that sagging pants BELOW your buttcheeks is too excessive. some undies are see through, others have holes in them, if i can see your cack, balls, or dimpled buttchecks, somethins gotta be done...
