i've got an idea! how about instead of taking away rights, we are granted new ones. instead of not allowing ppl to sag, we allow everyone else to kick them in the nuts, or give them a tom sawyer, or just plain push them over and hop they trip over their low *** pants free from punishment.

I have been to prison and sagging is not used to reflect your ****** orientation. If you really want to know sagging started in the 90's when people was carrying guns on there waist and causing there pants to sag.

Im just stating the facts about sagging. Most prisons or jails require you to wear a jumpsuit anyway and you cant sag in them at all. It all started with the gun on the waist and it is just a trend that carried on.
