Panasonic tuning

I have this Panasonic CQ-RX400U head unit. I was wondering how should I tune the Eq setting on it. I have components(100 Rms) in the front and coaxials(60 Rms) in the rear. If this helps. The head unit has three different types of Eq settings.

Your comps SHOULD be designed to put out an even volume, and if your subs over-power your fronts, try to find the EQ with the lowest bass setting...

There is no flat setting on the Sq just different Hz adjustments for the low/bass such as 60Hz-80Hz-100Hz-200Hz. The theres the Sq mid 500Hz to 1kHz to 2 kHz to 3 kHz Then theres the Sq High/Treble at 10 kHz to 12 kHzto 15 kHz to 18kHz. Thats what I meant to ask. So which setting out of these do I put it on.
