Panasonic Batt VS Stinger, kinetik Batt's

In my country it's not easy to get a stinger , Kinetik , ODYSSEY batteries.

But we have those batteries.

Do u think if i got 3 of them it will do the same job as if i installed kinetik 2400

My setup is:

DD Z1 amp

DD 9515e

McIntosh MC4000M 6ch

2 sets of HERTZ HSK165

ALT 140

FAC batt: 80Ah

VW R32 -- Nice car hah

I would like to think so. 3 of those>1 kinetik 2400

but that's speculations only, what battery brands can you get your hands on? I wouldn't suggest getting those pansonic batts if there's better batts you can choose from.

By ratings, those panasonic batts seem pretty good and it looks like 2 of them will out power a 2400 if i remember my Kinetik specs right.

Yea, I was thinking the same thing, but I have no clue what they'll do in real world applications. I like to stick with products that I know are guaranteed to work. Maybe he can be a ginnie pig to test these out! lulz

I can get Bosch, ACDelco . Batteries. But my point was. comparing them to Stiner , Kinetik .. the regular batteries which commonly used in Car audio setup's.

So 2 Bosch 90A will do almost the same as Kinetik 2400 . Am i right ?

It should, i think a 2400 is only around 90 ah so they might be even batt for batt, i would trust the Panasonics, they look beast. The number you need to look at is Ah, thats the one that matters to us CA guys. The higher the number the better off you are.

But why is the Stinger and Kinetik . etc more expensive than the Bosch, Panasonic

For example. The panasonic 90Ah is around 130$

But the Kenitk is around 400$

Name. That is all you are paying for. Stinger, Kinetik, XS Power, its all names. Thats why us Americans are running no name C&D and other batts that are just as good but still cheap, i myself run Powertech after formally running a Kinetik 1800.

but there is a big difference. I beleive the stinger is a dry cell.

But the panasonic is with ACID. or i got confused.

The stingers kinetiks and so forth are AGM. They still have acid it is just suspended in a glass mat. Flooded wet cells can leak if they are not of the sealed variety and have a higher esr which makes them harder to charge and discharge. AGM do not corrode or need water agged to them and they also do not leak or vent nearly as much as their non sealed counterparts.
