I'm looking for an alarm that pages me when it goes off, has and extra battery, and a loud loud siren for a 99 saturn sl2. I already have one that came with the car and want to upgrade it. I'm looking for the best cheapest one with all these features and maybe more. I'm looking for under 400 installed if possible.

Well i have a "Micro brand" alarm its really good! It has a 1 mile radius around my car and it viberates and beeps when my alarm goes off. And it has a little picture of a car on the remote and it shows where it is getting hit at when it gets hit. You might look them up. I got mine for $220 installed. Also you can do the option to put remote start on it.

The make and type of the alarm is SECONDARY to the install, having the whole dash pad off for the installation for the system, using torq screws with the center pins, running EVERYTHING off relays in regards to all the starting systems (fuel pump, ign, starter, etc) setting the horn as the siren (who pays attention to car alarms going off anymore?), setting the high beams to flash on alarm trigger, setting the relays so if the alarm ECU is removed all the relays are in the off position....this is what makes a good alarm.
