PAC Line output converter on factory amped wiring?

I currently have a PAC OEM-1 Line output converter wired to my rear deck speakers for an RCA signal for my sub amp.

The rear deck speakers are amplified by a 66watt Factory amp. According to the specs on the OEM-1, it can handle up to 60 watts. I imagine the factory amp is over rated so I should be ok.

Would it make a notable SQ difference wiring the LOC before the factory amp? aka non amplified from the deck itself?

I have done that wiring before the amp and in that case you do not need the line level converter. When you do this you just splice open rca's and wire the positive on the rca to the positive on the speaker wire and so on with the negative. I believe that the wire on the outside of the rca is the - and the center one that the negative goes around is the positive. Or you can use your converter and like was said before you would be fine with that wattage.
