p4200dvd, pico fuse already blown?

had it hooked up for about a month to my stock speakers, then i put an amp and new speakers in, and it was working good, until i changed from an audiopipe amp to a crescendo 4ch amp, now it has pretty bad engine noise. is the "pico fuse fix" still to ground one set of the RCAs to the back of the HU chassis?
