Thought i'd upgrade my fi btl/ RE sx hybrid.

payed a pretty penny for this bad *** sub.

what are you thought's about this sub?

been around car audio for a while but never seen one of these before.

sub wieghs around 90 pound's, 8500rms. is that true 8500rms?

i've done a little reseach on them, it say'd they can take up to 20k burps.

thats insane. i have a hell of a system ahead of me and alot of upgrading to do to get this puppy running.

I've had 4 Ss xxx so far. I blown two cones to shreds on 5k each. Unclipped everything set right. I had one reconed by T3 with TSNS parts and it took 5-6k no prob. The Ss xxx stock soft parts did do well on about 3k daily tho. Great sub. I'm still gonna be using two of the motors and baskets. Sold the others. That PH4000 would do well with that sub. I think that tiny amp puts out a little over 2k Bob said.

yeah, they rms 2k. they are a little power hungry too. how much do the recones cost?

^ ^ ^ After i did a burp on 5k. Also more vids on my channel with the T3 recone. Single 15" i did a 150.9db on 5k not too bad

And from T3 youll have to contact Jonathan Demuth direct on facebook since they are shut down now, Fi is making my new ones now. T3 will run you about $225 PSi about the same.

Yea man PSi would make some beefy ones, i chose Fi to just give em a shot. If they fail PSi will be next. Or sell lol
