I've heard these subs are very power hungry and it takes a lot to play them at their full potential. Is anyone powering a H2 with a hifonics bx1500? will that amp be enough for 1 sub?

Does anyone know if http://www.cbrstereo.com is a good place to order from? They are selling the 10" h2 for 200 12" h2 for 250 =o

I'd also like to know becaus i'm thinking about ordering the orion 15" h2 and i want to power it by a pg 1200 watt amp, will this be sufficient?

havoc06 has two 15" h2s with two Orion 2500ds and those subs didn't seem overworked in the least. His system slams. I've heard 1200 + watts is good though..

that much power wouldnt even begin to tickle an H2 15. Sure it will play, but to really get it to slam you should really get 2500 watts. And no CBRstereo is not a good place to buy from because it is all B stock stuff, no matter what they tell you. something to remember ....orion recommends a minimum of 1200w to provide proper cooling of the vc

sensitivity is actually quite high, but has nothing to do with the mecahnical operation of the sub
it does have a very stiff suspension though

nick you can buy them on ebay factory new a-stock for under 400 bucks, so check them out

But that would mean when its not turned up all the way (still loud), (on a 2500W amp) it would be bad for the sub how is that? Thats F*ed up if true
