well, where'd u get the food ideas from??Im not really even on a diet persay. I just started eating healthy, I didnt get any thing from websites or such. As for working out. I just do 3x30 pushups. 3x5 pullups. i only put about 125-175 on the bench. as many sit-ups as i can do, and running.
