Organic Diet, Before & After.

So what are the details of the diet? Did you find it in a book somewhere? Anything in particular that you can / cannot eat?

I see a huge difference in those pics. Looks more like 3 months than 3 weeks, that pretty fast to lose that much weight.

 
I eat 5-6 times a day. 300-350 calorie servings.
fruits,vegies,yogurt/milk/lean cereals/loads of lean protien.
Too lazy to answer pm. Given this and what you said in pm, definitely looks like you are off to a good start. You taking in at least 1g of protein per lb of body weight?

 
i try to eat about 180g.s of protein, but for some reason, i find it very hard to get that much protein on a day to day basis, i maybe get 180g's of protien 3-4 times a week. just on my work out days i eat that much protein.

That is not a t-nation diet, they wouldnt put him on only 300 cals a meal //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif its tnation they would have him drinking protien shakes at 3am.

good luck with the diet, it takes hard work and you cannot quit

Im not really even on a diet persay. I just started eating healthy, I didnt get any thing from websites or such. As for working out. I just do 3x30 pushups. 3x5 pullups. i only put about 125-175 on the bench. as many sit-ups as i can do, and running.
