Options to Retain Factory Deck in GS400?

I am looking to upgrade the entire system in my Lexus GS400, but I would like to retain the factory deck for now until I pick up the Avic Z1. What route would you recommend I go to retain the best SQ for the most reasonable price: a unit like the JL CleanSweep or just use 3 line out converters?

Here is the system;

Boston Pro Components and Boston Rear Fill

Alpine MRV-F400S 4 channel amp

RF 800a2 for subs

(2) 12" AlumaPro or Boston Pro 12.5 subs

I'd like to have the best sq I can while not spending a ton since I will be upgrading to the Z1 within the next year or so. Let me know what you would do. Thanks for the help and advice.
