ok, im looking to upgrade my system, right now i have 2 12" MTX thunder 5500s (yeah i know dont laugh its my first set up) and a profile 1200 amp. im thinking one Kicker L7 15", what kind of box would be best with that, i have a large trunk, so space isn't really an issue. should i go with dual 2 ohm or dual 4 ohm? the amp is 600x1 watts bridged or 1200 watts in 1 ohm. im sorry i probobly sound kinda stupid, ive only been into this for about 3 or 4 months, and i dont really know to much, also, i was looking at Refurbished L7's on ebay, i read in other threads that as long as they're factory refurbished they should be fine. what's everyones take on that? thanks alot for any help you can give me.

5500's are good subs,what worry about laughs

I have a MTX8500 12"sub power by 500 watts,its killer IMO and needed little power to get

it to do its thing...check em out they are beasts
