opinions please on the Soundstream SCELL1000

I need to juice up two ma hk4000d and two 18" solo-x. The original plan was to run all kinetik (1800 under the hood and 4 hc2400 in the trunk), but if I can get the power I need for $1200 less, why not? So I pretty much want an opinion on this. I figure I can run one of these scell1000 to each amp. Between that, a h.o. alternator, and the hc1800 I should be good, right? Opinions please...
