BMW's are very good cars and are trouble free for the most part... its that other 5% that you're worrying about. but really it goes that way with any car you're going to get.

Model is a BMW 840i, 850i and csi are also the same thing but witha v12

Years ranged to 1991-1997, body style didnt change, only some mild interior options

///M5 is the resident bmw expert, shoot him a PM and he should let you know if its a good deal or not. I believe he has a M5 of that same year in that same colour.

He definetly knows his stuff and he's a cool dude.

You should definitely jump all over that. Go over and test drive it, you will know if anything is wrong with it. They're fast and look good. I say go for it.

german / jap cars are great. sure they can be expensive to fix 'if' they go wrong, but they dont go wrong very often. its possible you wont have to spend a dime on that beeeeemmmmmmmma for 5 years., 85000 is nothing for that car, iv seen em with 200,000 and still strong.....and fun

Have you ever had any major problems with it?

I really want to go see the car in person but I have school and work so I wont get a chance to take a look till this weekend. The good thing about that is my friend is friends with a BMW mechanic and he might go look at it with me. I hope he has time it will be kind of short notice.
