Opinions on this amp? JL Audio JX 360/2

Ok so I am in the process of building a good system that focuses on SQ in my 2002 Ford Explorer. The only thing I have purchased so far are a set of DLS R6a's for the front door speakers. I am considering going with a good Eclipse head unit or a cheaper Kenwood doubledin. What dys think of these amps to power my front 2 door speakers?

Price is under 200$

Wil this amp sound good? Or should I save up and get a better one? If so, what do you recommend?
