the best budget amp you can buy on the market is profile hands down im running two of there ap 1000 mono block amps and they pound the crap out my 3 pioneer 12s only paid 200 bucks for about 950 rms

For the money you pay and little more you wont find anything better, i have mine for about 3 years of abuse, i ran it at 1ohm bridge (be mistake) and it works for a week or so, then it just go into protection change the wiring and still hittin my comps like nothing happen.

Not a great deal, you could get a AQ1200D for just $50 more, and you get a class D amp, 1ohm stable, 1200W and a better quality amp.
