So you like Treo's gear? I like their subs but I've heard better. I dont know about their amps or speakers. I would prob go with something else but if it works let us know

Yea I have 1 treo SSP in my car right now and I love it is there anything you would recommend?

And the 4 channel I am using is out of my current setup so i will be using that.

The only reason I am wanting to use Treo's is because I only have 1 audio shop within 100 miles and the best they carry is Treo's and Hertz but cant afford the Hertz.

i wouldnt get that kenwood amp, but treo used to make some good stuff.

you can buy things offline..just because your local shop doesnt sell them doesnt mean you cant get other products from different companies.. if u buy it and take it there ..they will install it im sure

Like he said, dont set your self up for a lose. I'm sure you can find your subs online cheaper with shipping.

Give us a budget, space for a box, car, what electrical upgrades you plan to do if any, and goal.

Really Im looking for SQ I have about a 8k budget im getting my whole car surrounded in sound dampening I have a 2002 grand am and really looking for 2 12's getting a HO alt, big 3 with 1/0 possibly add a second batt, and I listen to Metal and rock all the time.

If you want to dump some $$ a good SQ set up is a way to do it.

I dont understand why you say Hertz is to expensive if your talking about that kind of budget. I paid $280 for my fronts.

Also for a SQ build you might not want 2 12s. 1 Digital Design 2510 will be good.

Mmm this will be fun, big budget to have. If you don't mind doing some stuff yourself you can have a super nice system for that price. You really only need on good 12" sub -to suffice though for a sq setup

will that DD be able do want and have a loud system to if its possible right now I have the treo running of 1200 rms and its not loud enough for me and whats a good brand for components to buy.

For comps you want to look at Morel, Focal, Hertz. If you want a true SQ build you want high end Comps both front and rear. You need to seperate the highs and mids buy a for inchs and have the ability to aim the tweets.

If you want louder the that Treo you have now then you dont want a SQ setup. Also when you deaden the car it will get louder.

If you just want loud,, That is much easier to do. Wall off the trunk if your sets fold down, if they dont lose the back sets and build a wall.

If not go with a 2K amp and a FI BTL 15, drop the back speakers for a blow through and put to sets of nice comps up front. One in the door one in the kick if you dont want to do some custom door panels.

Man you have to many options to go over. I dont think by the way you are posting. You will be happy with a pure SQ set up.

Also 2 good 600 watt 12s in the right box will get louder the 1 1200 watt 12
