opinions on buying refurbished amps?

Just needing some input on whether or not you guys think its a good idea to buy refurbs? im just talking in general if people ending having more problems with them, or if they fry quicker. or are they pretty much brand new? thanks

if they are from a good shop and have a warrenty go for it. i bought some refurb L7's once and they said we dont warenty them. and i had one that always made a werid noise and no one could ever figure it out or had ever heard it before. and i couldnt do nothin about it. so just make sure if you get an amp specially that you have a normal warrentry.
