Opinions on Amp trade

I have a friend who has a Kicker ZX1000.1, and he said he would trade me if i wanted because he dont use it. I already have 1 zx1000.1 myself. would it be good to trade the PA rxd2400.1 for his

zx1000.1 and my zx1000.1 to my AQ hdc318 d2?

Cant strap that amp but you can gain match

Yes. You need to use a dmm or scope though, not a big deal.
