Opinions on Alpine MRV-Fxx V12 or Rockford Power T Series?

I have only used mid 90's a/d/s and more recently JL slash but moving on to Arc XKK series.

I was wondering why there isn't any talk of Alpine's now defunct MRV-Fxx V12 series or even the new Rockford Power T series. The RF seems to output good power and looks to have good build quality. Are these amps just not as good in (perceived) SQ vs. JL, Arcs, Zapcos?

Just curious if anyone can fill me in. Also I would like to hear from any one that actually have heard these amps in use.

Had the MRV-345 for a few weeks. Ran very hot and the fan doesn't kick in to 172 degrees F (so says Alpine tech support). Had it biwiring my fronts and tended to break up at high volumes. Did not sound nearly as good as my Eclipse pa5422. I was a nice amp and all but I think for a little bit mere, you can get a great, reliable Zapco product that will answer the call no matter what you need it to do.
