k, so i did a search on it, and could only find something i didnt need........... ok i have a Dual 4-ohm sub, and i will be hooking it up to a 2-channel amp, the amp is not 2 ohm stable, and i dont want to run it at 8 ohms, could i run 1 coil to 1 channel........ ive read some others where the wanted to hook up 2 dual 4 ohms to a 4 channel amp and go 1 coil per channel, but the problem there was that they had to set both gains the same, 1st gain for the 1st and 2nd, 2nd gain for the 3rd and 4th,................ but i will have only 2 channels, so it would only be 1 gain for the 1st and 2nd channel, would i have to worry about the coils getting different amounts of watts or voltages???????
