Amp: KickerZX300.1

Box: Sonic Sub Box

Speakers: All Bose throughout the truck (came with the truck)

I have bought an RCA adapter to wire everything to my deck i have now

all i need is the wires... im clueless on what wires to buy and i dont want to spend $100.

Will this system be alright for a beginner?

yea your alright. it looks like you matched up everything well. the amp is perfect for the subs. cant help you with the wiring, its always more expensive then you think though..

you should buy a 200 watt amp and use it to power the front speakers. It will increase your sound about 3 times more than the head unit will. U can buy a rockford 200 watt amp on ebay for like 90 bucks.

Is the RCA adapter you're talking about one that just ties into your speaker wire and converts that to the RCA signal?

If so, does anyone know if this will work in his truck?

I know those are basically no good for my truck, or any vehicle that has a built in amp to power the speakers.

Any LOC can go into any car. ur just taping into speaker wires to get a rca output.

it doesnt matter if u have a factory amp or not.

A lot of factory amps mess with the signal to protect, and "enhance" the crappy stock speakers. When it does this, your subs are going to sound like garbage, since they don't need "enhancing".

In order for me to use my stock deck I would have had to buy a CleanSweep, or something or the sort.

Ok, you might be right in most cases. My truck uses a CanBus system, which you obviously can't just tap into. I don't know when they started doing this, but all the new vehicles work this way.
