only 2 channels on 4 channel amp working...

I have an alpine MRP-F300 that I got 9 months ago from Best Buy where only channel 1 has ever been used. I go to hook up 2 pairs of Pioneer 3 ways and find out that channels 3&4 do not work. I tried swapping fuses to see if maybe it was a blown fuse, they still didn't work. Any ideas on what it could be?

you sure there isnt like a switch that allows only two of the channels to operate? ive seen that before
