Online car stereo is making me angry!

Today I ordered hids, component speakers, and an 1200 watt amp. The hids and speakers were shipped today. The tracking number they gave me doesn't exist in UPS data base. Also the amp wasnt shipped because its backorder. Any help. Are they legit?

They are legit, sometimes it takes a little while for the tracking number to show up.

I cant tell you if they are trust worthy or not but alot of times when I get a tracking number from someone it sometimes takes a while for it to update on the ups website.

well I would of went sonics way but they didnt have the amp I wanted, but onlinecs. had it. So I called customer service up and they said it was to ship out by the ned of today and well my gut was telling me something was wrong so I asked him if it was on backorder he put me on hold then 10 mins later he said yes and they wouldnt get another shipment in 24 hrs. Im a little worried because the amp is labeled for clearance so why would they stock it up again or yet even sell them if they didnt have it in stock. wtf.

thats why i dont deal with them.bought a kenwood dvd navi a couple of years back ,was told it was brand new in the box full warranty,when i got it a week later,mind you i 'm also in cali, it was in a brown box.when i called them on this ,they said it was a refurb from kenwood.so i told them i payed for a new not refurb ,they said that was all they had and i could return it minus my shipping both ways for store credit only .so i told them to go and fvck them selves.did'nt want to deal with their bs anymore kept the deck,the wife didn't seem to mind .but anyways i wont deal with them ever.

i think theyve caused headaches with alot of people by listing things as in stock that are actually not in stock. they dont typically have the best prices anyways. id cancel the backordered part.

Yeah, no need to be unhappy with an order. Cancel the backordered one and give your money to someone else.

They are legit but have way too many issues like this.

This is par for the course with them. They are not good about stock levels or communication.
