frist off im diggin this forum heavily, now i took a break from the car audio scene for about 2 years and now im back, ive had my fair share of systemz...now that i got a new ride (2006 Dodge Magnum) i want to get back in2 the car audio realm.
i have alotta room in the back behind the 2nd row seating, roughly 10.5 cubic feet to play with, my amp is a Memphis MCd1000, birth sheet is about 1250 at 1 ohm, now my question is in my magnum for lets say 60/40 SPL/SQ what would be a better choice, 1 L5 15 which ive matched up with this amp before, 2 Comp Vr 15's which would match up nice, 1 L7 15 or 1 18" AudioQue HDc3 which im heavily leaning towards? they are all within 20-30 bux of each other,
now i know the theroy is, with the same watts and same box type "slot ported" which is the box type i will run that with these setups technically the setup with the most cone area should be loudest due to sheer cone area allowing the most air to be moved, BUT we all know anything is possible so what are yalls opinionz and why? im pretty set on these options i would like to stray away from kicker thats why i mentioned the AudioQue 18 which ive been lookin at for a LONG time, main goal is earthquake lows //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif with a nice beefy heart pounding upper range. ur help is greatly appreciated.
music genre will be screw, rap, hip hop,
