i've been having amp problems lately and seems like it's not getting enough power and that it tries to draw too much power and is causing it to overheat a lot. i can't see anything wrong so i checked my fuse holder to the battery and this is what i saw

i'm hoping this is what's causing my amp problems is the power wire being bad. i'm assuming i should take out the power wire before it breaks off from my fuse holder and then bad would happen

change the whole wire to better wire .the cadence cca wire is not good ,i've been seeing this alot from their wire
yeah i'm planning on switching all my wire to knu. but is this dangerous to have this like that? and could it be causing my amp problems

This is an install issue not a wire failure. I have used their CCA in many situations for clients on a budget and seen nothing close to this.

This is typical of poor connections though.

^This I had 2 runs of Cadence 1/0 (blue wire) and NEVER had issues with it

I just finished rewiring my car though Audio Technix though so I'm excited.

*edit* just saw they we're metric screws not something used with rings

probably had too long of wire sticking out.

so what you're saying is not to bring it back to the same installer?

If it was a shop's installation take it back and demand a refund.
Yea, I don't think I would be ok with that from a shop. Looks like they botched up the wiring at the fuse holder a bit causing heat build up.
yeah it wasn't really a shop it was more a friend who helped put me in. who now works in a shop but it was before he did. i'm just gonna do it myself this time would this be ok? Hitron FH4KB 4 Gauge BLUE Wire, Fuse Holder, & Ring Terminal
and thanks for all the help i appreciate it
