so im working with 200 to 250 dollars and im trying to get 1500 to 2000 rms so i did so checking around and narrowed it down to these amps a HIFONICS BXI2008D 2000 rms at 1ohm 250.00, a old school Pioneer PRS-D5000SPL 1500 rms at 2ohm 200.00,a SOUNDSTREAM PCX2000D Monoblock Picasso Series Amplifier 2000 rms at 1ohm 220.00,a JBL GTO14001 1500 rms at 2ohm 200.00,and a

In a failing economy...who isn't??

I'm not nut hugging, but have you looked into the AQ2200d? I know it costs more, but you also get great customer service along with the extra 200 watts...just a thought.

I'd pick the Hifonics BXi 2008d. Its a great beginners/budget amp and I think you'll like it.

Cool, the audiopipe 15001d would be a better pick than the hifonics. Sounds like a great deal for a 1500 watt amp.
