ya im deff taking it to court. ya we like just moved in to this neighborhood like a month ago and he's been a huge a$$ the hole time so im sure he's just tryin to get me arrested. an i've been to jail 3 times(well juvy im only 17) so when cops come to my house things dont normally go my way...

I'd say it's not worth fighting. If you've got a record and you're only 17, the cop is definitely going to show just to be a dick. Pay the ticket and live with it.

i wasnt bumpin though. thats just the thing. i understand if it was way loud and a complete problem but it wasnt loud at all. an i tried fightin it. i even showed em. i turned the car on an said i never turned it down. but they said i was lying. wtf.
an actually he had a t-lab in his garage hahaha he has to use one for work i guess.

If he had a tl in his garage i would watch his shet like a hawk and wait for my moment to jack it and make a quick stack hahaha

sounds like booshit, Only cause i just read here in ohio, if your going 35 or under the max db you can play is 82 and over 35 its 86 within 50 feet of the direct line of travel. I doubt stock speakers and whatnot would be giving hardly near 82 db for starters. Then again a noise violation couldn't be a traffic violation if you were on your property? Disturbing the peace at the best?

And that is a bullshit call b/c noone can prove shit on you.

All these reasons are good enough for you to have turned the volume down to begin with. It's better to lose a battle, but live to fight another day.

Court fees. That's why I never fought either of my tickets. If the cop shows and I lose, I'd have to pay all the court fees. Not only would I have had a $125 noise ordinance violation, (which I also feel I definitely didn't deserve as I was only running Alpine Type R 6x9s off my 4 channel) but I would have had a couple hundred in court fees. I'd check into that before fighting it.
