and how many of them play clean at 120-130 DB? or 140? how many are pushed to there limits? how many of those cars have the output signal measured/analized and overlapped to the original input signal as recorded in the studio?

See this is where you fail. 140db your ears are stressed. Panels are vibrating. Nothing is clean at that point. A clean signal is a clean signal. Hell speakers themselves cover up a lot of distortion.

im running a PG xenon with triple darlington output stage while it has flaws its definitely different and has a different set of problems that need be addressed. are you seeing the point yet or you still stuck on yesteryears stupid?
its depends on the systems ability to distinguish it s well as the persons. some can some can't. unless you have extensive hearing its silly to try to hear differences on a system you never heard. the human threshold on average is 1%..
Brother im sitting out here right now. Just tested the same track from .03 to 10%. You can't hear it. And my setup shows every flaw in a recording. Shoes moving on the floor. Jewelry moving. I know how to listen.

ill honestly say i really have to hear it money. because ive palyed music since i was 8 years old. i'm pretty well seasoned in what sounds realistic and what distortion sounds like. untill you record the waveform coming out of the speakers and overlap that and compare i just refuse to believe it. a few years ago there was a blind test you could take called do you have the golden ear and out of 10 times i could hear the difference in the signal. if you don't know what your listing to you will never know what you shouldn't hear.. thats like saying i dont need to set my gains i cant hear 1% THD to 10% i know for a fact i can..

for some reason ive been super lazy.. the highs aren't in and the alt isn't in. im gonna get my *** up tomorrow and finish the doors at least. im tired for working so **** much. made 20k in less than 2 months so im kinda sitting back untill the next big job.. kinda regret not taking that maintenance job but it was only like 60k a year..
I got some install detail stuff to do over the holiday. Techflex, more foam, wire wraps, shrink wrap. Should clean it up a bit. I was waiting till I was satisfied enough to leave it alone.
