Old School Punch 45 advice

1st I am not a car audio expert at all....I have an old school punch 45 with the bass/treble knobs. I believe it is the 1st generation. I last had it running about 5 years ago on two door speakers. Back then I took it to an electronics shop and they replaced some parts and it worked well. It has been sitting in my closet since then. I recently bought the speakers below. I was wondering if I should run the punch to the 4 door speakers if possible, or would I be better off selling it and getting a kicker 4 channel amp? If better off selling any idea what it would be worth (haven't seen my punch 45 on Ebay in a long time) Thanks for any info

4x Kicker 40CS654 6.5" 2-way

Old school Rockford's rocked you should have no issue running all four door speakers off that amp though they might be slightly underpowered it would still sound better than running them off the head unit
