'concept' by the blurry badge on the top is all i can make out. It looks american made with a cheesy name.

I think you meant hpn-5700.

I wouldn't say it's down there with the PA level amps.

Concept was running with MTX RF Kicker not that long ago. They seem to have basically disappeared recently, but I don't know any reason to doubt its a decent amp. It wasn't exactly cheap when it was on the market.
