Old School Lanzar OptiPlus 200

Wondering if anyone knows any stats on this amp? I know it does more then the rated 200 because it is beating up a pair of twelves. Well any information is appreciated. Can't get any pics right now, but it is blue and kinda long. Thanks again people.

I may be wrong, but I'm thinking the "plus" amps were the same as the regular 50/100/200 amps with the addition of some filtering capabilities? Does your amp have a crossover of some kind?

My brother's old opti 50 was 25x2/50x2/100x1 - he had 2 - each driving a 10 with some authority.

So I'm guessing your 200 is 100x2/200x2/400x1 -- maybe more like 600x1.

All it has is the sub wave boost, and the level. See that is what I don't get, I heard that the 50 are really underrated and can punch out like 800 at .25 ohm. Supposed to do a lot more then it claims. But I am asking around because I am not sure. I appreciate the info and all. I know it is beating the shit out of some Pioneer 12"s. Nothing fancy but actually pounds pretty good( got them for a quick fix of bass) lol

Also the amp is actually an Otidrive but it also says Plus on it too. I don't know

Is it black or blue?

I am pretty sure that they are both 100x2 at 4 ohms, but like you stated quite underrated.

Also the opti 50 you are referring to is the 50c which was there compitition "cheater"amp that is stable to quarter or half ohm.

Yeah this amp looks exactly like the 50C but ti is longer and says 200pwm on the side of it, dammit i will find a camera somewhere, lol. This things will rock a fosgate T1 15" and is now putting a hurting on my little Kenwood 12"s

the older blue/purple and black opti's were very underrated.I had an opti200(blue/purple) on a pair of orion series 2's and man did it bang.I also have an opti2500(black) but is only rated for 4ohm mono And the others didn't like below 2 ohms.
