Hey! My friend owned that Civic lol, thats crazy haha.

Heard the system, looks nice..wasn't that loud though unfortunately, guess due to being sealed. He clipped the **** out of it though, sounded horrible

Didn't compare to my single TC 15...I drove the car and it was okay, nothing impressive though...

He traded a neon with an SRT swap for the car from somebody, and later traded the civic for a jetta.

This was around august of 2011

**** that was built solid... if he traded for the car, then he traded from the buyer who bought car at auction.. and that guy was no audio guy, i can tell you that from get go, as he called a few times after messing around with car, and wanting to know how to hook this and that up.. We offered to go through car for a fee, but he never came out.... Long story short, we built the car, and was never paid for all the work, we had to finally file lien on car, then sent it to auction to recover our fees.. Car never ran worth a hoot when we had it, kid that owned it did a bunch of suspension work and stuff, and never had it finished up i guess from us having to lien it..

Idk maybe somebody messed with the amps before he got it or something. But I sat in that car many times and heard the system and was kinda disappointed..it looked great thoughh.

Do you know of the car having a really stiff clutch when you worked on it? When I drove it, it was a PITA to drive

man, that car pulled all kinds of ways and everything when we had it.. couldnt hardly get into the shop sometimes, yeah the clutch was like ****.. and steering and everything else, lol.. i dont know what all the kid done to it originally, i know the shop who originally did the body work, and it looked like crap, they didnt get half the molds done correctly, and driving the thing was horrible, it was like driving a large brick down the road.

we had the car so long from trying to collect payments on it, we were grandfathered under the old Mechanics Lien Laws, we just got sick and tired of calling and asking for payment, or at least a form of weekly or monthly payments... I hated to lien it, but whats a person to do... also if i remeber right, the car had coil overs in back or something, i do know it was rough as hell to ride in.

For informational purposes the car was sent to auction and sold in 2010 i believe it was.

Yeah I figure the kid must have done something to it, because the sound just didn't match with the amount of work put it into it. I drove that car once and had to drive with the bass down just because of how much of a PITA it was to drive. I've driven on some stiff clutches, but holy balls that car takes the cake lol.
