Old school 10 inch LA Storm?

I was thinking about picking this sub up from a friend for 140$, thing looks like a little beast. Well it would go into my 3.5 cube @ 40hz box as im going for spl. Anybody had experience with this sub? PROS n CONS n stuff ladat shoots!
