Old orion amp?

Does anyone know if there is a difference in the old black 2250 Orion amps.

Some have 2250 sx and some have 2250 "The beast" written on them.

The XTR version might be tad more efficient than the original and there may be some subtle changes to the PCB but they are both essentially the same amplifier.
