i own a 2007 hhr which is paid off....no loans no leases. i also own 1927 roadster ratrod, and recently sold off my 2001 Lexus. oh yeah at 34MPG highway i am not complaining about the HHR at all. i bought it for me, no one else. jealous one's envy

Thanks for all the welcomes. You guys are a trip. This is going to be more fun than I thought.

I bought a used JL stealthbox off of craigslist for $100 - blown sub. Dropped a new sub in it for another $100. I was worried about room for amps, etc. until I figured out that I can put the amp(s) on the rear wall.

If I drop a grand, I just want to be able to hurt myself when I feel like it. I don't think I'm gonna be able to do that with a single 12. I would really like to squeeze 4 tens under the back seat. I've been looking for an example online, but haven't seen it done yet.
