Old Kicker Solobaric round 10

I recently recieved a kicker solobaric 10 (old round style) for FREE. The surround has a tear (looks like a knife got it) for about an inch. And the spiders sag a little just from sitting for so long. Other than that's it's in perfect condition. To my knowledge it isn't blown. My questions are, how much is a recone for it? Or, would it be worth it to just refoam it? And what is it's worth right now the way it is, or after i get it completely reconed?

LOL, I've got one sliced just like that (literally a solobaric 10"). Yeah, it's not really worth reconing & replacing just the surround I imagine would be an issue since it's stitched on.
