Old guy trying to learn new tricks

My lack of knowledge about newer HU's and car audio in general is making the selection process harder than it needs to be. I'm looking for a double DIN Navagation HU that has XM radio built in.

Nothing too fancy, just Double DIN, touch screen, Nav, XM, back-up camera input, with maybe Bluetooth.

Does such a thing exist other than factory? If not is my only option a Nav HU and then adding an XM module? Why don't aftermarket Sat radios reuse the factory Sat antennas? Are 2 seperate antennas needed to run the nav and XM?
