ive got an old burb and 4 si ht 18s to toss in the back

either a ported wall

or a 4th order

or a 6th order

im so all over the place i cant decide - been planing this for months now.... still cant decide

my subs are special needs tho.

the 18" ht sub from SI is only rated for 600w because of its loose suspension = it can bottom out the coil on the motor if its over powered - or put in a box that does not help control this.

ive got a ddm2a to power the 4 of them with at 1 ohm load should get around 500w each for now - might pick up a bigger amp down the road after i get them playing.

what style enclosure would you build if it was you ?

ive measured my butt off and figured i can build inside the burb - and end up double 3/4 thick on all sides as large as i can possibly build the box id end up with about 60 cubes of internal space to design with.
