old black ab 75.1 or aq 1200d???

so i gotta friend who has the old black ab 75.1 and was just rebuilt and im also thinking an aq 1200d..i should be able to get them right around the same price..does anyone have an opinion or suggestion to which one i should go with to put on my dual 2 type r 15????

You cant go wrong with the Aq 1200, i would choose that over the "repaired" AB amp any day..

db-r electronics, im assuming they may have put a new board in or something cuz it cost around 140 to fix the thing

lol well im not sure friend wanted to sell it for sure, i know the amp is solid he used it on .35 ohms fora few months and had no problem.. but i picked up an aq 1200d today so cant wait to try it out

well ive tried both and was happier with the ab, unfortunately i was borrowing it till my amp came..but im happy with the aq very nice amp maybe try it on another sub or put it at .5 ohms or something see what i can do with it before i try n get more power

AB can not keep there boards together, so AQ has my vote. Although I have never had any dealings with them
