Old amp, or bottom shelf special?

Got this from my uncle, tested it and it does power up, have not put any speakers to it yet though.

I got it Free of charge, uncle had it for like the last 7 yrs...i remember before i got into car audio hes like NO NO u need a car with amperage to power something like this.(just meaning i couldnt snip a 12v power supply and plug it into a wall jig rigged)

Gee so is Urban amps as good as Pyle subs or was Pyle good at one time?

So is this a early 90s bottom shelf or just a ok breast buy/circuit city equivalent type of amp for its time.

actually when urban first came out they were pretty good for the cost. i've installed a few of them and they did wat they were suppose to do. use to love the lil rat guy that was their logo. i'd say 90s bottom shelf. about equilivant to Hott Shots //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif but better then Thump
