what (single) amp for 6000-7500 rms @ 1.3 ohms?

I have three dual 2 subs, wired at 1.3. I have a z1a pushing probably 4500 to them (1500 watts each). I'd like to get closer to 2500 each, but I don't know how to achieve that without multiple amps.

My battery/alternator Setup is decent, but obviously an (relatively) efficient amp is desirable. Space is somewhat limited too, so I'd like to run one large amp as opposed to 2 or 3.

Also... I could do .35 ohms if I could find an amp that could handle it for daily.

So what're my choices? Maxximus? Sampson? Z2lv? Crown 6000?

is that the same board as the atomic?
Not sure on RD's big amp - I dont think so but dont hold me to it. I know there is quite afew differences internally in parts choice, such as Sundown 3000d vs 3250.1 vs Atomic 3000.1

Also - what subs?

And have you tested it to see how much rise you're getting?

yeah... not so much... I guess I should've included the budget in my first post, lol! Let's try to keep it under 2 g's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif!

your Z1a is only putting out 4500? I thought it was rated at way more than that @ 1 ohm? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

regardless if you want to go with a higher voltage setup, Z2 for sure, you can get them for like 1200

Z1 rated for 5k 1ohm Z2 rated for 6k 1ohm IIRC

If you run 18v into it you would get 10k
yeah, no doubt, but I'm trying not to spend any more $ on electrical. Would be sweet though! But for now, it's 12 volt ftl! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

maxximus wont work

it is a 2ch

you can run each channel as low as 1ohm

but if you bridge than 2 ohm is as low as you can go
