Ok seriously. Get like 4 15" Fi Q's, Dual 1 ohm. That'd be less than 2 13W7's. Then, get 2 Sundown SAZ1500D's, wire each of em to 2 subs at .7 (since their DCR is .7) and call it a day. Should be just as loud as 13W7s, just as clean and it'll cost bout half as much total as the 4 13W7's.

You could get 4 of the dual 2's and wire to .35, but I don't know how the Sundowns would like that daily.

don t do the w7's my boy runs 4 walled off in a f 250 it has pretty good sq but as far as loud it barely broke a 150 oh and he running 2 rockford 2000 watt amplifiers. not loud enought cinsidering what he paid for it

what is "wow" ? is "wow" the fact that you can say you have 4 or 8 or 20 JL W7s?? Having a shiTy amp or shittier ampS, not matter how good the subs are will make it sound...you guessed it. shitTy. And you don't "pick and choose" you get the best quality product you can afford.
