ok to run two amps

I have $10 that says that I can set up a pair of subs in a shared chamber powered by two separate amps (same brand and power numbers though) and you would NEVER be able to tell the difference!

It's not always about hearing the difference. My concern would be failure of one of the amps inadvertently causing failure of the sub by bottoming out. IE, the enclosure would be too large.

yeah but that is different then 2 completely different amps. same amps are run all the time. with 2 different amps you have different specs that can cause some frequency cancelation.

How in the hell?
