I don't think they will ever get in the $300 range. I won't pay much more for a single sub. I don't enjoy car audio that much.

SI gives no "wow" factor except to those on the forums.

That's why WOW belongs online, but some leave forums and LARP in RL.

The IDMAX will not sound better and be louder than a W7, sorry.Yeah it'll probably have it in SQ (subjective though) but they aren't that loud.Besides, they're WAY too fragile. You can beat on the W7 and not worry as much about hurting it, the idmax..........good luck with your recone.

I haven't really messed with the new mags., so I won't comment on that. But for an all around sub, the w7 really is one fantastic sub. Obviously, people still compare everything to it......................
