ok so can you tell me what i need i have a max budget of lower than 300 if possible 250 because i got car insurence but i also love my music so far i got a goo pioneer reciever and i have 2 aftermarket 6 inchers than came with the truck i want more bass for my...rock.......mostly matallica,nirvana,pantera,slipknot,slayer,so mainly heavy metal i just love loud music i can feel i also like some low bass rap like the song snoop-what my name

make sure if you decide to go with this setup, that you never turn it all the way up...this is because it will blow out your windshield. happens everyday!!

However don't knock the Pyramid Sub, I had the 12" one and put it in a 8 cub box with a port area that was about twice the cone area and it WANGED HARD. Of course i could only put 20w to it until it bottomed out. And i melted the VC and kapton former when i ran it off a 1800w amp... True 1800w amp.

Since you are on a limited budget i'd save up your money then buy a descent system... If you buy a subpar system you will spend even more money than if you would have saved up for a decent system.
