Ok heres the problem

Just tested my HDC3 like DJ told me to thats ok. The amp im using on it is a Hifonics Brutus 1608D and its basically brand new. The amp powers up just fine and all the readings from my DMM on the power ground and remote are correct for it. NO BASS PLEASE HELP not sure what else to check ALL my grounds are good and proper as well, otherwise the amps wouldn't power up properly and would throw into protect. I think !!

If you know for sure that your sub is good and your amp powers up you need to make sure you have a good signal going to the amp. Swap out the RCAs or run a set from a friends car to your amp. If you have known good signal going to the amp and it powers up with no output try a different sub. If a known good sub has no output and you have a known good signal to an amp that powers up your amp has an issue.

ok thanks man im gonna try a different sub wired to the amp first because i dont have another set of rca's. If the sub dont kick i guess im goin to buy some rca's

Did you test the coils on your woofer?

do you mean no sound at all, or no bass? If you have no bass, see if your deck has any subwoofer on/off settings or see if any crossovers are set too high.

yes i messaged DJ and asked him how to check it , and what the reading on each coil should be they checked out fine

my subwoofer setting on my deck is on with a bass boost of 1 and the settings on the amp for subsonic is right around 30 and for the LPF i believe its near or at 100
