Ok, help me find a good deck for <$275...

I want to be able to control the bass seperatly from my mids and lows(sub)...I could use alittle bit of flash too (lol) but really looking for that specific tuning capability. A 4volt+ preamp output wouldnt hurt also. I had a couple HUs in mind but not really sure what to get! What would yall recommend? THANKS

Clarion makes a good head unit. If that is the one you like and it suits your needs and budget I see no reason not to go with it.

Currently a local store has head units for sale at around $125. Play mp3 and such. Amongst the brands there are Pioneer and Panasonic with Kenwood too. Anyone tried them? Can give me some idea as to which is best?
